This international banking organisation is looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer to join its London based legal team.

Description
Provide comprehensive legal services to the bank, including provide legal advice and prepare, review and negotiate legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant legislative and the Bank's requirements; co-ordinate the work of the legal team; provide professional guidance to other members of the legal team; provide training to Bank staff; manage relationships with various business and operational units of the Bank; monitor selection, quality and charges of the external law firms that the Bank engaged and perform other general legal and administrative duties as and when required.
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to be a Commercial Lawyer looking to make their first move in house into the Financial Services sector.
You will have experience of drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including: IT contracts, service agreements, outsourcing agreements and licenses.
Any experience of banking products / terms of business would be desirable but is not essential for this role.
Job Offer
A salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + discretionary bonus
