Our client, a reputable law firm in Lincolnshire requires an experienced Commercial Property Locum. Experience of handling a full caseload of Commercial Property matters to include sales, purchases, acquisitions, leases and development work is necessary.

The successful candidate will be able to competently handle a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters and will work in a thriving team with full secretarial support.

Offering an attractive hourly rate of between £30 and £40 per hour, the role is on-going and has an expected duration of 3 months. Our client is seeking a candidate to start immediately or at short notice, to assist with an influx in workload. In addition, there is parking on-site.
