New opportunity to join a well established Firm in their Greater Manchester office. Situated outside of Manchester city Centre, this is an excellent opportunity for junior solicitors who do not wish to commute to the City Centre, but want to access good quality work and training in a well known Firm.
As Commercial Property / Commercial Solicitor, you will act on a challenging and varied caseload. Expect to be involved in straightforward property work including leases, sales & acquisitions of business premises, Landlord & Tenant work, as well as wider commercial work such as business start-ups, employment contracts, business sales or acquisitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor grounded in property work who also wishes to act on wider commercial matters as a vehicle for career development. Your property experience can be gained in Conveyancing. On offer here is the chance to become a well rounded and recommended solicitor in a local town. The Firm has a track record of Solicitors joining them and staying with them for a number of years, developing both professionally and financially. Applications are invited from Solicitors with 6 months to 4 years PQE.
