Our client is a member of the global elite, with an award winning and highly rated finance practice.
The firm's London based structured finance team advises global financial institutions, corporates, funds and private equity firms on a wide variety of derivatives and structured finance transactions.
The team is looking to recruit a mid-level transactional associate with a strong academic, training and professional background, who has gained asset backed or other secured lending experience in a top tier UK, Scottish, Irish, New Zealand, Australian or other international law firm with a recognised finance practice.
For solicitors based overseas an attractive sponsorship, remuneration and relocation package is on offer.
