A well-established Law Firm are currently going through a period of growth and they are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the team in London. The firm boasts a professional, friendly and supportive working environment. This firm really stands out from the crowd and have a fantastic client base. They have been established for over 30 years and have a rich heritage. Recently they have organically grown due to the sheer number of referrals of work the firm receives.

The Company Commercial department deals with; Shareholder agreements, Commercial contracts, M&A, Company agreements, Charities, Company sale and purchase and other areas. You will have real autonomy to make the role your own with the full support of the Managing Partner.

Ideally you should be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You should have keen eye for business development and able to build credible, strong client relationships. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE.
