Your new role
A senior level corporate M&A position, supporting the wider Group function in advising on legal and commercial risk, and supporting the M&A and general corporate functions. You will work as part of a specialist corporate team, building relationships across the wider business, supporting multiple business units as a reliable business advisor. Further, you will liaise with a range of stakeholders at all levels, approaching legal challenges with creativity and commercial nous.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be mid to senior level corporate lawyer, UK-trained in a top City law firm, with demonstrable and sustained corporate and M&A experience. Subsequent in-house experience in a large corporate organisation would be appreciated, though this is not a pre-requisite for the role. You will have a strong track record of advising on legal risk and the gravitas to liaise effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally. You will possess excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
