COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR NQ - MANCHESTER 

Commercial Property Solicitor – One of our leading clients is looking to hire an NQ solicitor or junior assistant solicitor to join their expanding commercial Real Estate team. The role involves a broad spectrum of work, though the team is looking to strengthen their offering in landlord and tenant work so candidates should be able to demonstrate a good grounding in this area.

• Reports to: Head of Commercial Property
• Previous Experience: Commercial property solicitor NQ – consistently strong academics having either completed or due to complete their training contract at a reputable firm. The department advises on a wide range of quality work, though a good working knowledge of landlord and tenant is ideally sought.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous commercial property experience on their training contract and a true passion in this area of law. In particular, the firm has expressed a need to bolster their commercial landlord and tenant offering and so is looking for a candidate keen to develop in this area. This is an exciting, dynamic department offering real responsibility and client interaction. The work is high-value and challenging, but equally rewarding. The client base consists of leading companies and house-hold names.

It’s worth noting that even at this early stage of your career, you will be encouraged to get fully involved in business development. It should be stressed that this is not simply the firm paying lip service to the idea of early client engagement. All NQs and junior assistants are encouraged to play an active role as part of the firm’ overall initiative to train and develop true commercially-minded business lawyers as opposed to simply technical experts.
