Our client who is based in the North West is looking to recruit a Commercial solicitor to join their legal team as a number two to the head of legal. This would be an excellent role for a junior / mid level solicitor from an in house or private practice background.

Our client is a privately owned business headquarters in Europe which has been established for almost 90 years. it is experiencing a vigorous period of growth . The Commercial solicitor role will be based at their Manchester office to joint he legal team in the UK.
Description
The candidates need to be 1-2 years plus up to mid / senior level experienced in Commercial law and a solicitor who is comfortable in drafting contracts. In addition there will be some compliance work and data protection and IP. What is essential is that the candidates are comfortable and experienced in Commercial drafting , negotiations of contracts etc.
