PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL – FOOD POISONING - MANCHESTER
Personal Injury Paralegal – Our client, a leading specialist personal injury firm has a vacancy for a fee earner with proven experience of food poisoning claims with particular reference to travel claims. The team is willing to consider fee earners at all levels including solicitors, but applicants must be able to demonstrate a full working knowledge of the claims process including relevant statute such as the Consumer Protection Act 1987 as well as the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
