Financial services organisation requires project finance lawyer to join team.
Excellent opportunity to join a team focussed on infrastructure debt deals. You will ideally have solid experience with loan agreements and financing of infrastructure projects, and ideally some knowledge of fund structures, however the latter is not essential.
You will have experience working on pan-European and/or international projects.
You will confident working with limited supervision in a highly business-facing position, and will also be willing to get involved in day to day in-house matters including drafting NDAs and other documentation associated with the transactions.
