The role is for a corporate commercial lawyer covering:
SME M&As
Joint Ventures and Shareholders' Agreements
Investments
Acquisitions and disposals of businesses
Acting as lead associate on transactions
Some banking experience an advantage
ABOUT YOU
Excellent client development and marketing skills
Strong academics
Ideally from a LEXCEL accredited firm.
Following not required as there is an existing caseload.
The position may suit candidates from regional firms or larger practices wishing to improve their work life balance.
Excellent salary plus generous commission/bonus to be agreed.
