An excellent opportunity has arisen for an insurance litigator to join the claims function of a leading and dynamic insurance organisation.
This is a qualified lawyer position in the claims team and practicing certificates will be continued.
You will be responsible for handling a variety of claims - everything from Professional Indemnity, Employer's Liability, Cyber, Technology, D&O, Property, General Liability and other areas. It's a very broad claims position so will give the right lawyer the chance to broaden out their practice.
Priority will be given to applicants with professional indemnity, property and/or D&O experience.
You will join an established team and should be able to manage a case load of claims with limited supervision.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience working at a leading law firm specialising in insurance litigation and/or already in-house within the insurance industry.
