This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Legal 500 and Chambers recommended Defendant Clinical Negligence team.  The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client is a Top 100 National firm offering a wide range of services to individuals, businesses, public bodies and the insurance industry.  Their Insurance and Healthcare teams are one of the best in the country.

You will manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence matter acting for Defendant clients and in particular, the NHS.  You will also become involved in Healthcare and Advisory work.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with Clinical Negligence (Claimant or Defendant) or Catastrophic Personal Injury experience.  You should have strong academics and be able to work unsupervised on straightforward cases whilst assisting the wider team on more complex matters.  Healthcare experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.  If you are an NQ you must have completed at least a 6 month seat in Clinical Negligence within your Training Contract.
