Residential Property Locum – Cambridge – Holiday Covers – August
Rate up to £35 per hour
A locum opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Locum to join a modern Legal 500 firm based in Cambridge to cover two holiday periods:
7th - 11th August
25th August – 4th September
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad residential property caseload incorporating freehold and leasehold, the sale and purchase of properties, help2buy and local government schemes.
The team consists of 1 fee-earner and numerous support staff. Full secretarial support will be provided but being IT proficient is essential.
Applications are being accepted for qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and those qualified by experience.
