Residential Real Estate Associate 3 month FTC
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a prestigious Top 50 City law firm on for an initial three month contract within the firm's Residential Real Estate practice.
This team has a stellar reputation for the work it does with a variety of national and international ultra high net worth individual clients including Royal families, billionaires and successful business people and leaders of countries as well as major property companies. In joining the team you will be advising clients on a range of property transactions relating to some of the highest value real estate in the world, such as:
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- Portfolio management, lettings and disposals
- UK residential and investment property acquisitions and disposal
- Acquisition and management of international projects
- Planning considerations, construction and building contracts
I am therefore keen to speak to Associates with 2+ years' PQE* gained within the Real Estate team of a City or West End law firm who are available immediately.
