Our client is a global media business and is a household name. The legal team is recognised as world class and has a stellar reputation across the organisation.

We are working with the Media Sales & Partnerships team to recruit an experienced lawyer on an initial 6 month contract. You will work closely with Legal team colleagues (supporting business division and country lawyers in key European markets), as well as with business leaders throughout the company, advising on legal risk and business strategies. You will be a self-motivated and collaborative lawyer with current advertising, marketing and promotions law experience.

You will be required to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with third party suppliers (e.g. sales agents, creative agencies) as well as advise on regulatory strategy and compliance issues to ensure new and existing products comply with applicable regulations. We are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (preferably gained both in-house and in private practice). You must have substantial understanding of advertising, marketing and consumer law, intellectual property, brand/IP licencing, privacy, data security and commercial law.
