Our client is a successful, forward-thinking practice based in Hampshire with an outstanding reputation. The practice has over 50 years’ experience and provides a range of services to business and individuals, including employment, private client and litigation. Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Property/Company Commercial Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice near Fareham. Hitting the ground running with an existing caseload comprised predominantly of Real Estate matters with additional company sales and acquisitions. Matters will include: development projects; landlord and tenant work; grant and renewal of commercial leases and; overage agreements. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will pay an integral role in the development and growth of the commercial department, delivering business development initiatives and attending networking events.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with three years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Commercial Property and/or Company Commercial department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
You will be able to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong client care and communication skills are essential for the position.
An aptitude for business development and the ability to build strong working relationships would be highly advantageous.
You will be driven, flexible and display meticulous attention to detail.
