Our client, a Local Authority based in Peterborough are seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor. This opportunity offers remote working.
This role will involve handling your own caseload of Litigated matters covering; Debt Recovery, Boundary Disputes, Anti-Social Behaviour, Education Disputes, Child Protection matters, Property Litigation & Environmental matters,
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Litigation and possess excellent communication skills. Experience of conducting your own advocacy and working under minimal supervision would be advantageous.
