An international City law firm are searching for a Dispute Resolution Coordinator to join their London office on a six-month FTC basis.

You will be assigned to cases and be responsible for setting up and managing litigation support database. You will liaise with clients and other concerned parties about data collection and use, whilst coordinating with lawyers to understand the requirements of each database. Other responsibilities include liaising with the firm’s central IT department on case-specific requirements, liaising with external service providers on matters of scope and cost, and conducting case-specific end-user system training with the firm’s lawyers. You will be responsible for introducing and developing new technology by evaluating, testing and implementing software as and when required.

The successful candidate will have experience with Relativity and advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Access and VBA. The candidate must be educated to degree level and have a high level of attention to detail, an ability to work on their own initiative, and excellent communication skills. The candidate will ideally have experience in professional services or law and administration experience of litigation support systems such as Clearwell.

This is a full-time 6 month contract role offering a market rate salary.
