A well accredited firm is in the market for a Family Lawyer in Gosport.
THE FIRM
Traditionally established and a full service practice, our client is located in Gosport providing services to the surrounding counties. They are staffed with a team of individuals highly experienced in their roles and dedicated to providing excellent client care. They are now seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to handle an existing caseload. The successful Lawyer will work within a firm with a modern approach, catering for both individuals and business clientele at a cost effective manner.
THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for a Family lawyer in Gosport. This is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ experience within a Family department. With excellent client care skills, you will be able to handle an existing and varied caseload working well to meet tight deadlines. You will undertake duties to include: divorce; ancillary relief; childcare matter; financial remedy; pre and post nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; representing guardians in care proceedings and; guardianship orders. It is therefore essential for the Successful Lawyer to be empathetic with great communication skills across all levels. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE;
You must have solid expertise within a family law;
Excellent client care skills is essential;
You will be able to work well on own initiative without supervision;
You will be IT literate.
