Our client a globally recognised brand is seeking a Litigation Paralegal based in central London. The role is for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience handling civil litigation claims including breach of contract claims in the county court. You will have the ability to run your own caseload of disputed debt recovery matters, claimant and defendant (breach of contract) from start to finish. You must also have the ability to draft statements of case/claim forms, defences, witness statements and pre-action correspondence from scratch. In house experience is highly desirable but not essential.
