The Role: Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location: Harlow Office
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client, a Legal 500 firm based in Harlow is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their ambitious and expanding dispute resolution department on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit an individual who has a client focused approach and is ready and willing to become an integral part of close knit team.
As a new member of the dispute resolution team the successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will play a key role within the business as a well managing a caseload which will consist of:
- Breach of Contracts
- Consumer Protection
- Neighbour Disputes
- Contentious Probate
- Professional Negligence
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Employment and Compromise Agreements
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate must have good knowledge of civil procedure rules, some experience of the high court and knowledge of enforcement procedures. Experience in all the aforementioned areas is not required, however the successful individual must have the initiative and drive to seek out any missing pieces.
