Head of Conveyancing

My client, a reputable, Merseyside based law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Solicitor to head their Residential Conveyancing department.

This role will consist of dealing with mostly non-contentious work where you'll be handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, as well as overseeing the work of a team of Solicitors / Fee Earners. In addition you will lead and develop a medium sized team as well as handle your own caseload from start to finish. As Head of the Department you will take responsibility for a broad range of residential conveyancing matters to include Sales and Purchase, Right To Buy, Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Lease Hold and Free Hold.

The Successful candidate must have:

LLB (Hons)

LPC Qualification

A minimum of 3 years PQE within a Residential Property department

The salary on offer for this role will be based on experience but is flexible from £32,000 to £42,000+
