A Commercial Property Solicitor is sought for a fantastic firm of solicitors in Coventry who have delivered legal services for over many years. Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience, with consideration being given to candidates 1 years PQE and upwards. Salary is up to £50K dependant on experience.

Our client is a successful and highly regarded firm, specialising in delivering a range of legal services to both private and commercial clients.

You will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, acting for the client in developing and managing commercial property as well as making acquisitions and disposals. You will have constant interaction with the Head of Department to ensure that the services given to clients are first class.

The successful candidate will be either a Solicitor or Paralegal who has the ability to pick up a varied caseload of Commercial Property files which includes Commercial Leases, Sale and Purchase and Promotion agreements from start to finish. Living local to Coventry would also be ideal.
