Property Litigation Paralegal

My client are a highly reputable commercial law firm based in the central Birmingham, featured as a leading firm in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. They serve a range of commercial clients with an enviable clientbase from major financial services firms through to high street retailers, household names, and high profile entrepreneurs.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to work as part of their wider Litigation department. The department advises on all elements of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, property litigation, and tribunals. This position will be to provide paralegal support to a fee earner within the Property Litigation team, including assisting on cases, dealing with client queries and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paralegal with prior experience in dealing with Property matters. You should have excellent academics, a flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to use your initiative.
