A brilliant opportunity has come up with a multi-national law firm in its Property Litigation team at their modern Bristol Office. Competitive salary + benefits available.
I am looking for an Associate with good experience of working on all types of property litigation and advisory matters, with strong experience in commercial landlord and tenant, and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as well as real property, development issues (including overage and third party rights), insolvency and enforcement and high end residential.
This firm has a hugely successful real estate team and due to expansion, they are looking for a driven and ambitious property litigation solicitor to join a growing team.
The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex property disputes. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years' experience in property litigation that will include Landlord and Tenant act 54 work. The work will be high level and rewarding, and will push a driven and ambitious lawyer to take on complex work for a varied and international client based that include property investors, occupiers and developers.
You will have excellent academics and a desire to progress quickly as a property litigation specialist. An excellent, industry leading package is offered along with ongoing career prospects with a top-tier law firm.
