Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure Counsel

An innovative investment group in central London is looking for a commercially astute Solicitor to join their In-house legal team. The role would be perfect for someone around 2 years PQE with experience in projects, energy, and infrustrature experience. Salary is dependent on individual experience and a competitive benefits package is on offer.

The successful candidate will work within the infrastructure division of the business and will be responsible for; advising on clean energy and infrastructure projects, providing support on projects across solar PV, onshore wind, energy efficiency, and small scale hydroelectric power, advising on the sale and acquisition of specific projects, advising on product development and fund structuring, advising on relevant transactions within infrastructure, and advising on construction and project finance.

Applications are invited from commercially astute and competent Solicitors of around 2 years PQE, who can demonstrate knowledge of, and an interest in, the clean energy and infrastructure sector, in addition to a strong academic record. Candidates should have knowledge of corporate, commercial, banking, and investment funds and will be able to confidently communicate and negotiate.
