Our client is seeking an ISDA Negotiator or Derivatives Lawyer with circa. 5 years’ + experience for a 6 month contract. This role will be responsible for both the negotiation and execution of the Derivatives documentation.
THE ROLE
Working as part of a small team and sitting with the business you will be responsible for the complete process end to end. This will include receipt of credit approval through to execution of the ISDA/CSA. You will take responsibility for prioritising deals, management of the documentation, ensure consistency in terms negotiated and provide advice on issues as they arise surrounding the transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
- Candidates with 4 years+ ISDA experience or qualified lawyer with 2yrs PQE+
- Asset Management experience desirable
- A good understanding of the Derivatives markets and associated regulatory developments is essential for this role.
