Conveyancer - Top 200 - Cumbria

Great new role for an experienced conveyancer to join this legal 500 law firm. Located centrally in Penrith this office is easily located by motorway, train and has local on site parking.

This role will initially be a stand alone position whilst the department and office is established however it will grow into a management role as the team grows in size and develops. You will initially be dealing with pre-existing work from their other offices whilst the new instructions build up from the local area. Once you have settled within the office you will also be expected to assist with business development within the local community and help the department to become self sufficient.

As this is stand alone role you will be expected to manage your own files from inception to completion until work levels are high enough to bring in a paralegal and secretary, so previous experience of dealing with transactions from start to finish will be essential for this role. With this position developing into a senior role you will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience within a conveyancing environment.
