Our client is affiliated with an international property investment group and is based in Manchester. They are looking to recruit a junior/ mid level or senior level Property solicitor.
Description
The clients work include acquiring land sites, overseeing the construction of many clusters of modern houses of a distinctly new format within the British suburban markets, letting these properties and property managing all aspects of the rapidly expanding portfolio of residential assets. The solicitors work will include ;
Ensure that the company, and the supporting investors, are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with outside counsels regarding due diligence, acquisition, financing, letting, maintenance and other regulatory requirements of residential property.
Finalise, and update as need be, contractual specifications with all third-parties including builders, engineers, architects and other sub-contractors. Oversee corporate documentation.
Review investment documentation.
Review tenant documentation (leasing agreements, inventories, deposits, maintenance and compliance).
Profile
Candidates from a Commercial or Residential Property background should apply if interested in an in house role. Our clients are open on level of PQE. Junior/ mid and senior candidates should apply.
