If you are a talented mid-level Employment Associate who would like more responsibility in a smaller team at an elite US law firm then perhaps this is the opportunity for you.

The client is a leading global US law firm with a strong presence in London. It is highly profitable and would allow you to work with some of the largest clients in the world. Its attractive offices and exceptional view are just an added bonus.

The firm are looking to grow its Employment team and so for now it is small. You would be given extra responsibility and would also be able to help train a more junior Associate should you wish. This would all allow you to demonstrate your skillset and ensure you have stronger career prospects than in other firms or other practice areas within this firm.

To be considered for this Employment Associate position, you must:

• Have strong academics with no less than a 2:1 in your degree
• Trained at a highly regarded law firm with a directory rated Employment practice
• Have between 3 and 6 years PQE
