Locum Housing Litigation Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands. The role is a short term assignment with the possibility of further extension.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous housing litigation experience. Experienced Lawyers, who are qualified by experience, will also be considered. We will consider applications from candidates on both a full-time and part-time basis.

The role will consist of handling a full caseload consisting of housing litigation matters including dilapidation, lease disputes, social housing ASBO's and council tax debt recovery. Performing advocacy when required in the Magistrate's, County and Crown Courts.

An hourly rate of £30-40 is offered to the successful candidate, dependent on experience.
