Banking Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a well-established City law firm which provides a wide range of legal services to a diverse range of businesses, not for profit organisations and private individuals.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an ambitious banking lawyer to help to build its rapidly growing team which advises a variety of clients such as housing associations, charities, corporate borrowers and funders.

You will also be advising on innovative alternative finance structures, including equity funding and SPV structures as well as joint arrangements with local authorities, developers and third party investors.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a with 7PQE+ and excellent academics (2:1 or above) gained from a top national or City law firm.

You will have a proven track record of managing and leading transactions with solid banking experience in secured and unsecured loan transactions.

Any knowledge of property finance or capital markets experience is a distinct advantage but not essential.
