This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to work for a driven and successful team based in London City. Close to all major transport links.
 
The Legal Secretary role will support 1 Partner and 2 Fee Earners in the area of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
 
Role Overview:

  • Direct support to 3 fee earners
  • Typing/Digital Dictation/Track Changes
  • Filing and dealing with correspondence
  • Diary Management
  • Booking travel
  • Track key dates and appointments  
  • Liaise with clients and be a point of contact
  • Opening and closing files
  • Billing
  • Use of Land Registry/Searchflow
  • Preparing SDLT/AP1 etc.

 
Person Specification:

  • Experienced Legal Secretary within the areas of Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing
  • Highly organised
  • Hard working
  • Professional manner
  • Quick and efficient typist
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Team player

 
 
Salary is depending on experience.
