Corporate Commercial Solicitor

My client is a regional law firm based in the South West and is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Corporate team in their flagship Bristol office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's PQE from a London or leading regional practice (although NQ's with good Corporate experience during training will be considered). You will have a solid grounding in general corporate matters including acquistions and disposals, shareholder agreements and general company law matters. The role will also involve some commercial contracts work.

Candidates must be technically strong with developing commercial awareness. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a keenness to become involved in business development activities. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their legal career within a fast paced corporate client team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ to 2 years) with a solid academic background.
