Corporate Tax Associate: Leading International Firm

This global law firm has one of the largest tax teams in the world and is looking to recruit an associate to join its London office. The team advises on all aspects of cross border and transactional tax issues, particularly capital raising, M&A and joint ventures, real estate and investment funds and tax based and structured finance. The ideal recruit will be a skilled technical lawyer but also demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen. Upwards of 2 years of post qualification experience from a leading international firm is desirable. The team is collegiate and supportive and is looking for an ambitious team player to come on board.
