Global Energy, Mining & Infrastructure Senior PSL

Our client is a leading international firm with a highly rated international Energy, Mining & Infrastructure team. It seeks a senior PSL to join the team and handle a wide range of PSL duties including:


Develop, execute and maintain the Group's Core Precedent base.
Ensure Group know how is available in the Firm's legal know how search system.
Develop and prepare training materials and organize and present seminars and training sessions relevant to the Group's lawyers.
Work closely with BD team members to provide legal knowledge to support developing client alerts, client webinars, thought leadership programs and other client facing collateral.
Action and implement other knowledge initiatives in the Group's Business Plan.
Help establish a "knowledge-sharing culture" within the Group through focused communications to publicize the benefits KM.
Work closely with the Director to ascertain and monitor the knowledge needs and priorities of the Group, including how to continuously improve the Firm's legal know how system.
Undertake legal and industry research as required.
Work with PSLs of other practices to help identify opportunities for working jointly with the Group on activities that are relevant across these other groups.
Work with office PSLs serving the Group, to monitor knowledge needs and priorities, particularly around new legislation and legal/policy developments.
Maintain the KM section of the Group's intranet page.
Contribute to Global KM projects and initiatives as and when required.
Liaise with the PSLs serving other Global Practice/Industry Groups, sharing best practices with them and learning from them.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current developments relevant to the Group and prepare update summaries
As needed by the Group, answer know how queries from the Group's lawyers.
