Residential Conveyancer

An full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen within a niche, principal conveyancing firm who are looking to expand their Leicester offices. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be offered a salary of up to £35,000 as well as an excellent bonus scheme.

My client are continually expanding their teams and developing their unique style, and as a result consistently satisfy their customers and staff with a first-rate reputation in the market. The firm is one of the UKs largest and ultimately offer plenty of scope for growth and progression.

The Residential Conveyancer will be handling a robust caseload of around 90+ files (sales and purchases only) and will also assist in the organisation of the rest of the team to ensure targets are met. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has experience handling a large caseload and has a breadth of sales and purchases knowledge/experience. The successful Residential Conveyancer must also possess 3 years' experience in the practice area and in handling their own files.
