Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a leading law firm with offices throughout South Yorkshire and Derbyshire are seeking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing department at their office Peak District National Park.

The role will involve dealing with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Post-Completion including; Sales & Purchases, Buy to Let, Re-Mortgages, Residential Leases, Transfer of Equity and Help to Buy on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold Properties. You will also be responsible for the supervision of a Legal Secretary & Legal Assistant.

The successful applicant will have experience of handling their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters and supervisory experience would be advantageous but not essential. Additionally you will possess excellent communication skills and attention for detail.
