In-house Conveyancing Manager

A market leading Property business, based in Wolverhampton, is looking for a Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor to join its In-house legal team as a Conveyancing Manager. The role would be perfect for someone with significant experience in Conveyancing, ideally within Residential estate development, and some demonstrable management experience. Salary is dependent on individual experience, although in the region of £40-45k.

This successful property business employs around 2000 people across the UK and is continuously expanding. As part of the wide In-house Legal team, you will sit within the Conveyancing team and have responsibility for a residential conveyancing caseload, in addition to over-seeing the work of an Assistant, Secretary, and Administrator.

The business also offers an excellent bonus structure and a car allowance. The successful candidate will enjoy sensible working hours (9-5.30) and a mature and collaborative working environment.

Applications are invited from Conveyancers and Residential Property Solicitors who have experience of, or are interested in, working in an In-house legal team. Candidates will ideally have some supervisory or management experience and will be comfortable in working in a volume conveyancing environment.
