In-house Commercial Property lawyer 4+ years’ PQE WEST YORKSHIRE

Large company with a national profile is looking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. The in-house legal team covering Property-related law is based in Leeds and covers all matters relating to the company’s large property portfolio, nationwide. Your role will be to oversee the legal aspects of any acquisition or sale of land by the company. Similarly, you will also be involved in the legal side of any proposed development projects or refurbishment of buildings on land owned by the business. By way of example, they are currently building a new regional office in Manchester and they have recently acquired new premises in London which are currently undergoing extensive refurbishment.

Candidates must currently specialise in Commercial Property law to be considered for this role. Any knowledge of Construction law would be welcome but is by no means essential.
