ROLE: Working closely with the senior legal counsel, you will work across all Business Units to provide practical (construction) litigation and dispute resolution advice. This advice will be to balance legal risk, drive innovation, reduce external legal spend where appropriate and to become an integral decision maker across the UK business.
CANDIDATE: In this highly exposed, business facing position, we are looking for a confident, robust influencer that can give senior stakeholders practical legal advice in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a very varied disputes position across several business units so the ability to handle a varied work load is crucial.
