CLIENT: We are working on behalf of a market leader in the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sectors with operations in over 100 countries. At the forefront of the development of new therapies, this business is working to ensure a new era in medicine, enabling the discovery, diagnosis and medical treatments of today and the future.
ROLE: You will play a key part in company projects across Europe and EGM regions, ensuring that business deals are commercially sound and legally compliant. You will also be involved in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts such as the supply of goods and services, pharmaceutical product licenses, manufacturing, distribution and CRO agreements.
CANDIDATE: To be successful in this application, you will need to be a qualified lawyer (ideally UK admitted) with experience at a leading firm of MNC. Being confident in your own drafting and ability to negotiate whilst working on complex transactions is key given the autonomy afforded in this position.
