The Role: Landlord and Tenant Solicitor
Location: North London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent

Our client, a well-respected firm based in North London has become renowned in the region for providing a high quality service to individuals and businesses. Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor to join their litigation team on a full time permanent basis.

The role would suit a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor who has gained significant experience dealing with Lease Extensions and Lease Enfranchisements as well as demonstrating the ability to work under minimal supervision. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to manage a full caseload of matters which will include:

• Possession claims
• Assures short hold tenancies
• Enforcements of covenants
• Landlords Consents
• Enfranchisement/lease extensions and removal of squatters

Applications for this Landlord and Tenant Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 2-4 years' PQE who are technically competent and a team player.
