Legal Counsel (in-house)

Your new company
A successful corporate group are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel (ideally 3-6 years PQE) to join their ever growing Legal department at their new Head office site in the West Midlands.

Your new role
Working alongside a well established team, this is a high profile role that will give you the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel and internal stakeholder on a range of contractual matters. Provide high quality legal support including drafting bespoke documents (commercial and contract), due diligence, procurement law, corporate matters and IP.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong academic background with demonstrable experience of drafting/ reviewing and negotiating bespoke commercial contracts. Ideally drafting from scratch and creating bespoke contracts for the client. You will need to be a qualified UK Solicitor who has worked on a range of high value contracts.
