Legal Counsel - Pension Fund

A pension fund is currently looking for a legal counsel to join their small legal team on a 12 month contract.

With the current legal counsel getting more heavily involved in current projects, joining this team you will focus predominantly on business as usual matters. This will include corporate and commercial matters, as well as ad hoc matters relating to the funds, employment work etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad role and become involved in a business as a whole.

Our client is looking for individuals with a corporate or commercial background who are able to pick up new matters and work autonomously in a busy environment.

Previous experience within financial services is preferred but not a prerequisite.
