Our high-profile charity client is seeking a commercial lawyer to join the team on a fixed term contract from August. This will initially be for 9 months, with the possibility of extending thereafter.
The ideal candidate will have in depth commercial experience from a strong in-house background, with experience in the charity sector being advantageous. You must have prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as extensive commercial knowledge. Day-to-day you will be dealing with a range of complex contracts, advising on commercial matters and procurement contracts, identifying and reviewing commercial risks and providing general internal legal advice when required.
