Debt Capital Markets Associate | New York Law Firm
I am currently looking for a mid-level Debt Capital Markets Associate for an opportunity at a highly regarded New York law firm in its market leading Capital Markets team.
The firm is a very well-known name in the legal market around the globe. With offices around the world there is a very international feel around this firm and a really strong presence. Secondment opportunities to other offices are encouraged and always available.
The Capital Markets team is one of the biggest and best in London. It boasts one of the most highly regarded Partners from who you would be able to learn from and grow as a lawyer. You would be working on Debt Capital Markets, in particular Convertibles & Exchangeables, MTNs, Eurobonds and Liability Management Exercises.
To be suitable for this Debt Capital Markets Associate position you must:
- Have top academics from a leading university
- Be UK qualified having trained at a top tier law firm (Ideally Magic Circle)
- Be between 3 and 5 years PQE
