The firm is seeking a new Residential Development Solicitor to join their flourishing City of London office. You will be joining a highly experienced Legal 500, and Chambers ranked team.

The firm has established an enviable reputation within the social housing sector with its cross-disciplinary team; they can offer a 'one-stop-shop' for its social housing clients. With some 20 fee-earners acting across a diverse range of services, from development and acquisitions, employment, commercial disputes, procurement, and conveyancing as well as housing management. You will find that the Development department is the busiest and most successful department within the firm.

You will deal with a caseload that includes; Acquiring sites for plots, Development and acquisition projects and regeneration. You will work closely with some of the largest developers and providers of social housing.

This role comes with very strong prospects of progression due to the department growing.

• You will have at least two years PQE in Residential Development (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have a passion for Development work
• You should have a can-do attitude with a good eye for detail
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression as part of a growing team
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
