Dealing with London quality work near Bromley, Kent, this top tier, Legal 500 ranked firm are seeking to recruit a new Commercial Property Solicitor in their office based close to Bromley, Kent. They deal with the highest quality London based work, the work they do is sizeable, varied and interesting, dealing with a broad client base. The practice put the client at the heart of what they do, offering commercially focussed advice, and providing real value to transactions. The Commercial Property department is currently thriving and very busy. Hence this role would come with excellent prospects for progression.
The Commercial Property department deals with a wide client base but has a specialism in dealing with Hospitals, Dentists, and GP's. You will work with commercially minded lawyers, working closely with the corporate team on transaction-based work and corporate deals, within what are very often tight timescales. Many of the Lawyers are City trained and move to the firm to have more in the way of work-life balance, but retain a high quality of clients and work.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, Portfolio management, Development, Investment, Acquisitions, and disposals.
- This role has excellent prospects for progression to Partnership
- You should have a good technical knowledge
